MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST

At CrossFit MIA we treat our members like family, we have no membership agreements and our plans are month to month. 

Every month you are automatically billed, and your member price is guaranteed for one (1)  year.

We do understand that life has a way of getting in the way at times, and offer our members the option to place their month to month membership on hold for any reason.  A hold does not disrupt your membership price guarantee. 

•Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than ten (10) business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

•Membership hold requests are expressed through your own specified dates (start and end date). Your hold cannot exceed 90 days.

•Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

• If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 10-day e-mail (written) cancellation notice requirement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

PLEASE NOTE:  Placing your account on hold incurs a $15.00 flat fee.  Your billing cycle will not change.  Your pro-rated membership fee will be billed your next cycle.  Note all membership fees are non-refundable.
